Remote Call Forwarding

Remote activation of Call Forwarding allows you to activate and deactivate your assigned Call Forwarding from a remote location. Remote activation of Call Forwarding only works with the feature “Call Forwarding-All” or *72

To use Remote Call Forwarding

1. From a remote phone, dial 2981099
2. Follow the prompts to enter your directory number (the number from which you are forwarding all calls) and PIN number, which was assigned to you upon ordering the service.
3. Listen for dial tone.
4. Dial *72 and listen for dial tone.
5. Enter the telephone number the calls are to be forwarded to.
6. Listen for the confirmation tone, (two short bursts of dial tone.)
7. Hang up.

To cancel Remote Call Forwarding: (From your home/business phone)

1. Dial *73
2. Listen for confirmation tone.
3. Hang up.

To cancel Remote Call Forwarding from a remote location:

1. Dial 2981099
2. Listen for prompts to enter your directory number and PIN.
3. Listen for dial tone.
4. Dial *73
5. Listen for confirmation tone.
6. Hang up.
