Affordable Connectivity Program & Lifeline Benefit

What is the Affordable Connectivity Program?

The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a U.S. government program run by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to help low-income households pay for internet service.

You are likely eligible if your household’s income is below 200% of the Federal Poverty Line, or if you or someone you live with currently receives a government benefit like SNAP, Medicaid, SSI, WIC, Pell Grant, or Free or Reduced-Price Lunch.

If your household is eligible, you could receive from Champlain Technology Group:

Up to a $30/month discount on your internet service

If you already receive a Lifeline Benefit on your phone and/or internet service, you automatically qualify for the ACP, and you can receive both benefits at the same time. You can apply your ACP benefit and your Lifeline benefit to the same or separate services.  Get more details and eligibility criteria at www.acpbenefit.org or by calling Champlain Technology Group at 518-298-2411 and choosing option 2. We are here to assist you in completing the application process for this benefit.

You are welcome to schedule an appointment with one of our knowledgeable representatives in the Business Office to assist with the online application process. Call us today to schedule a time-Monday-Friday between 8:00 am-4:30 pm.
