Champlain Technology Group is working to help build consumer awareness about the Emergency Broadband Benefit, a new Federal Communications Commission (FCC) program. This temporary benefit will help to lower the cost of broadband service for eligible households during the on-going COVID-19 pandemic. The Emergency Broadband Benefit program provides individual consumers with a discount of up to $50 per month toward broadband service for eligible households. Champlain Technology Group is a participating provider in the region.
The enrollment for the Emergency Broadband Benefit officially began on Wednesday, May 12, 2021. Eligible households are able to enroll using an online or mail-in application.
